Stride University is committed to upholding transparent and student-friendly policies that support fair financial practices while maintaining the integrity of our enrollment process. This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the rights and responsibilities of students who choose to cancel their enrollment or withdraw from the University.

1. Cancellation Notification
Students may cancel their enrollment at any time by submitting a written notice of cancellation through any of the following methods:
- In person at the Office of Admissions
- By electronic mail
- By certified mail
- Through formal written termination addressed to Stride University
2. Full Refund Eligibility
Students are entitled to a full refund under the following conditions:
- If Stride University does not accept the student’s application for admission.
- If the student cancels enrollment within three (3) business days of signing the enrollment agreement and submitting the initial payment.
3. Pre-Class Cancellation
If cancellation occurs after the third business day but before the first scheduled class, all tuition and fees paid will be refunded except for the non-refundable registration fee, which shall not exceed $500.
4. Drop/Add Week and Refunds
Stride University observes a Drop/Add period during the first week of classes. If a student officially withdraws from the program during this period:
- All tuition and other fees will be refunded, except the non-refundable registration fee.
5. Determining the Termination Date
For refund purposes, the official termination date is defined as the last date the student was present in class or actively engaged in the academic program.
6. Refund Timeline
All eligible refunds will be processed and issued within 30 calendar days of either:
- The date of official cancellation or withdrawal notice, or
- The completion of the student’s registration and subsequent withdrawal during the applicable refund period.
